The Empire was a hot seller for Ari simply because of the price. A robust, relatively affordable carbon bike. The model was 4 years old at this point, needed an upgrade. The molds were still running, and there was no way to match the pricing with new molds.  Can we make the needed updates and hit close to the same cost? 

In addition to the outdated geometry and tire clearances, the frame needed aesthetic updates. I took this opportunity to initiate discussions and explore how to evolve Ari’s aesthetics.
