Space
The amount of space needed depends on what a user needs to carry. I interviewed six riders who already use internal storage to compile thoughts around items they carry.
Main Interview Discoveries:
- Different rides call for different items.
- Different users prefer various types of tools across many brands.
- Water and dust can be present; some had rusted tools before.
- Current bags/tool rolls got stuck on entry and exit.
